Gender Pay Gap Reporting
Our Journey to a More Equitable Workplace
At Phorest, diversity and inclusion are at the heart of who we are and how we operate. The Gender Pay Gap Information Act 2021 requires Irish companies with over 250 employees in Ireland to report on their binary gender pay gap, and we fully support this initiative as part of our commitment to transparency and fairness.
We are proud to say that our team is made up of 46% women. Our review shows a mean gender pay gap of 4%, significantly below the national average. We will continue to work to reduce this figure further. We believe in "Growing our Own Timber," which means developing our talent from within, and this is reflected in our mentorship and development programmes, which are helping to close the gap.
