Drive payroll excellence: Prepare payroll inputs and support cycles to ensure timely and accurate processing for all employees.
Manage employee engagement: Resolve queries via the People inbox and Slack with a focus on delivering clear, solution-oriented support and a great experience.
Own benefits administration: Serve as the primary point of contact for all employee benefit programs and inquiries.
Coordinate international mobility: Manage visas, relocations, and documentation, ensuring work eligibility remains valid for all global employees.
Maintain HRIS integrity: Execute changes within the HRIS while managing overall data accuracy and system health.
Drive process innovation: Partner with the team to better automate and integrate technology into core People processes.
Support Talent Acquisition: Assist the recruiting team with seamless interview coordination.
Who You Are

Employee-centric approach: You are passionate about the employee experience and treat it as a top priority in everything you do.
Adaptable and discerning: You bring a flexible mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity ("the grey") and applying sound judgment.
Tech-forward and curious: You are open to leveraging AI and modern tools to optimize and improve how work gets done.
Commitment to continuous improvement: You naturally look for ways to evolve processes and enhance efficiency.
Effective prioritization: You can successfully manage a varied workload and balance competing deadlines.
