The Opportunity

The Creative Copywriter at Phorest delivers multi-channel copy with a focus on short-form including paid social, event assets, campaign concepts and email copy. They ensure every piece of content—from website copy to marketing campaigns—is compelling, consistent, and strategically aligned. They work end-to-end to ideate, create, edit, and optimise copy that drives engagement, conversion, and thought leadership. This role requires the ability to take complex product features and business concepts and translate them into clear, benefit-driven narratives for the premium salon, spa, and clinic audience. The Creative Copywriter works closely with the Global Content Marketing Manager to ensure the brand voice is consistent across all written communication, maintaining content standards globally and providing copywriting/proofreading support across the business as required.

What You'll Do

• Copywriting: Produce high-quality, strategically aligned copy for a variety of channels, including website, email campaigns, blog articles, case studies, video scripts, paid social and events.

• Creative ideation: Brainstorm with the Creative team on campaign concepts, product hooks and creative innovation.

• Brand Voice & Consistency: Uphold and champion the Phorest brand voice and style guide across all internal and external written materials.

• Editing & Review: Act as a key editor and quality check for copy produced by regional teams or freelancers, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and brand alignment.

• Strategic Narrative: Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales teams to develop core messaging and narrative structures that articulate the value of Phorest's software and services.

• SEO Optimisation: Create content optimised for search engines, working closely with the Global Content Marketing Manager on keyword strategy and on-page SEO best practices.

• Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor messaging and industry trends to ensure Phorest's copy is unique, relevant, and positioned for maximum impact.

• Highly effective, conversion-focused Copy for all priority campaigns and product launches.

• A formalised, up-to-date Brand Voice Guide and style standards.

• SEO-Optimised Web Content that drives organic traffic and ranking improvements.

• Clear, compelling Core Messaging and narrative for Phorest's products and services.

Who You Are

• Copywriting Expertise (4+ years): Proven experience as a copywriter or content creator, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment, demonstrating versatility across short-form (ads, emails) and long-form (guides, articles) content.

• SEO and Digital Content Strategy: Solid understanding of how to weave SEO strategy, keyword research, and on-page optimisation into high-quality copy.

• Content Editing & Quality Control: Exceptional command of English grammar, syntax, and style, with expert editing and proofreading abilities.

• Messaging Development: Experience developing and simplifying complex technical or business concepts into clear, benefit-driven customer messaging. Proven ability to work within ToV guidelines.

• Familiarity with Content Tools: Experience using SEO tools, CMS platforms, and AI.
