We’re looking for an ambitious and commercially driven leader to shape the next chapter of PhorestPay’s growth across the UK and Ireland. As Phorest continues to expand globally, our payments business is at the heart of how we deliver seamless experiences for salons and clinics. This is a rare opportunity to build, scale, and lead a high-impact payments function in one of our most strategic markets - empowering thousands of salon owners to grow their businesses with confidence.

What You'll Do
Shape and execute the PhorestPay growth strategy for the UK and Ireland in partnership with senior leadership, aligning with our broader growth and product objectives.
Inspire, coach, and scale a high-performing payments sales team, setting clear goals, fostering accountability, and driving exceptional results.
Design and deliver effective go-to-market plans for PhorestPay in UKI, ensuring strong collaboration and alignment across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product.
Be the subject matter expert on payments, bringing deep knowledge to inform decisions and influence strategic direction.
Champion innovation and stay ahead of market trends and competitor offerings to ensure PhorestPay remains a leading solution for salons.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders (Product, Marketing, Customer Success) and external partners to ensure operational and commercial excellence.
Own performance metrics and reporting, providing insight-driven updates on team KPIs, adoption rates, revenue performance, and growth opportunities.
Identify and remove blockers to ensure the team can reach their goals, from process improvements to addressing customer challenges.
Hire, develop, and retain top talent within the team, ensuring every team member is supported and motivated to achieve their full potential.
Represent PhorestPay externally, showcasing our vision for the future of salon payments to partners and clients
Who You Are
A proven sales leader with 3+ years of direct people management experience in a past-faced environment
5+ years of progressive experience in Payments/Fintech Sales or Operations.
Ability to inspire and motivate a team, articulating a clear vision for the future and driving engagement by leading by example
Deep understanding of the payments landscape, including merchant services, acquiring, card processing, and integrated payments.
You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach, balancing long-term vision with day-to-day execution and problem-solving
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with critical teams like Engineering, Finance, and Product to prioritise technical payment fixes and influence the roadmap
Passionate about the hair, beauty, and aesthetics industry and excited by the opportunity to help these businesses grow through innovative payment solutions
Highly data-driven, and use insights to shape strategy, forecast accurately, and continually drive performance.
You communicate with clarity and confidence, collaborating effectively with colleagues and presenting comfortably to senior stakeholders.
