Sylvie McDermott is currently the Chief Operating Officer for Phorest Salon Software (SaaS) where she manages approximately 50% of the team. Sylvie started as Chief Marketing Manager and within a short 6 months of working at Phorest, she showed an exceptional skill set and ability to lead people. This resulted in a promotion for Sylvie to COO. Sylvie also has over 16 years of experience spanning both product marketing and commercial departments for the likes of Paddy Power & Betfair. Sylvie is a self-motivated leader, committed to business performance, customer satisfaction and operational success with a real passion for technology. Sylvie's superpower is leading and encouraging people on her team to be the best they can be.
