As Head of PhorestPay EU, I’m responsible for the delivery of our commercial targets including revenue generation and the utilisation of our payment features. I started in Phorest almost 6 years ago, initially as a junior salesperson. Throughout the years I’ve had the opportunity to work in different areas of the business, learn about different markets, and be continuously challenged. With payments growing into such an exciting space it was a no brainer to take on the biggest challenge to date. The Payments team has the perfect mix of payment and Phorest expertise, which results in constant learning and delivering forward-thinking features that solve salon problems. Everyone in the team cares deeply about developing features that have the salon front of mind and are passionate about shaping the future of payments in the salon industry.

I joined Phorest in May 2021 and even in that short space of time, we have delivered a huge amount of value-adding features to our customers. Working in the wider PhorestPay group allows you to work with people from all over the business - Engineering, Product, Commercial, Finance, Support and more - all of whom bring their own expertise to the table. It’s genuinely inspiring to see your work directly impact the growth of the Phorest business and the business of our salons while building a best-in-class user experience at the same time.

As a Financial Analyst, my role in Phorest is to help guide better business decisions through data-driven insights. When I initially joined in 2019, it was as an accountant in the Finance team. Throughout my time here I have always been provided with amazing support and exposure to all areas of the business. PhorestPay has the potential to make a real difference to our salons, and also to be a key area of growth for Phorest in the coming years, and I’m excited to be a part of that journey. Our team is one of the newest in Phorest - and is growing rapidly. As a small team, we are constantly talking to one another, which is great as many of us are still working remotely. We also work closely with the tech team’s, shaping the product roadmap together and ensuring that what we build meets or beats customer expectations.
