What you will do

People Ops Administration

• Maintain accurate employee records and databases, including personal information, contracts, and performance evaluations, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

• Regularly audit and clean employee data to maintain data health and integrity.

• Process People-related documentation, such as employment contracts, promotions, and salary adjustments.

• Assist with benefits administration, enrollment, and inquiries.

Onboarding & Offboarding

• Assist in the onboarding process by coordinating documentation, training schedules, and orientation sessions for new hires.

• Collaborate with various teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

• Facilitate the offboarding process, conducting exit interviews and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.

Candidate Care

• Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and addressing inquiries.

• Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

• Collect and organize candidate feedback for review by the hiring team.

• Maintain communication channels with candidates, answering questions and providing information about the company and the hiring process.

Internal Communication

• Assist in creating and distributing internal communications related to People policies and important updates.

• Assist in implementing and communicating HR policies and procedures to employees.

• Ensure access to People-related information for all Phorest employees is easy, and materials are up-to-date on the People Notion portals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless employee experience.

Employee experience

• Assist with gathering and analysing employee feedback to identify areas for improvement in the Employee Journey.

• Assist in creating a positive and inclusive work environment. 

Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities to enhance the health of the data on our systems, Phorest's People processes, candidate & employee experience throughout the employee Journey.

• Propose and implement innovative solutions to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency.

What you bring

• You have a degree, preferably in Human Resources

• You have 1-2 years of professional experience in a HR setting

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking & HR Systems (we use Teamtailor and Personio)

• Experience working with spreadsheets and data

• Attention to detail is very important to you, and you are naturally very well-organised

• You have a growth mindset and a love for learning

• You have a solution-focused approach to problem-solving as well as a can-do attitude

• You are a team player who is comfortable working in a distributed setting

• Are a good communicator and have strong customer service skills

• Ambitious to grow a career in the People function and contribute to Phorest’s growth

• You have some experience or a strong interest in People Analytics

• Basic Employee Relations knowledge

IMPORTANT: This is a hybrid role, with some in-office time required. You will ideally be based in Dublin or the commuter area and willing to work from our city-center office when needed.
