The Opportunity
Are you passionate about how paid advertising can help a business achieve phenomenal growth? We are looking for a passionate individual with customer success or support experience and a great understanding of paid social marketing. You will join a group of highly motivated individuals to help support our Salon's growth.
Our clients love social media and, for many, it is an extremely important part of their business strategy. However, many are not using paid advertising as they are busy entrepreneurs who do not have the resources and expertise of big business to unlock this opportunity. This is why we created the Phorest Ads Manager, it works hand in hand with Meta to allow our clients to create and monitor social media ads directly in their Phorest system. We have removed the typical complex interface and created one tailored for salon owners, streamlining their experience and ensuring they are always getting the most out of their campaigns and optimising for higher click-through rates, conversions, and return on investment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for helping our salon clients drive growth via paid social media advertising, be on hand to guide and support them with the creation of ad campaigns and ensure their campaigns are delivering a return on investment. This role will involve talking directly with our customers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting connection ad running issues and analysing our customers’ advertising performance. It will also be responsible for the optimisation of the processes at Phorest that lead to customer success when it comes to using our Ads Manager tool.
The nature of social media advertising lends itself to frequent changes due to the progressions of technology. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a growth mindset who loves to learn and keep up-to-date with the social media landscape. You will be uber comfortable chatting with our clients to discuss their ad performance, suggesting how they can improve their campaign performance and troubleshooting issues they are experiencing with the goal of ensuring a ROI on client spending and a positive client experience with our Ads Manager feature.
What you will do:
You will have KPIs around tracking customer campaigns to ensure they are delivering results for our customers.
You will provide advice and support to the regional Customer Success and Education teams, working with the product team to improve the performance of Phorest Ads Manager.
You will own the customer journey from connection to a customer reaching ROI for our new Ads Manager features. (Grow will own sign up to connection)
You will proactively troubleshoot with customers to successfully set up Phorest Ads Manager, including advising on overcoming META issues with our customers.
Get to know our company, product, and clients. Learn what content they like, how they use social media, and how we can help them via social media advertising.
Good collaboration skills and a can-do attitude.
Compile reports for internal leadership teams with commentary and analysis of product/campaign performance
Support clients through different communication channels, including tickets and video calls.
Report and track any issues affecting clients, escalating to the appropriate teams and keeping record of their resolution.
Develop new Help Center Article content based on client and business needs.
Document and maintain Ads Manager Operations processes updated.
Who You Are:
You are process-driven and can identify opportunities to improve, document and share processes for better results
Previous experience with META advertising and driving success in social ad campaigns for small businesses
Excellent communication skills with a flair for high-performing social media ad content
Have a great "can do" attitude, with tons of enthusiasm and energy
You care about our customers
Attention to detail and great grammar in both UK and US English is critical to you
Organised, excellent at time management, self-motivated, and eager to learn
Experience creating META ads and analysing their performance
This is a new role, so there is lots of scope to bring your own skill sets and aptitude into play.
Nice to Have but not Essential:
4+ years of demonstrable experience delivering complex software solutions to customers
Knowledge of or passion for the Hair and Beauty industry
Experience with Canva
Experience of running social media ads on Meta (Facebook and Instagram)
Experience using ticketing systems (Zendesk)
