The Opportunity
Outbound sales are a primary element of our company strategy to drive sustainable client growth within our core target segment of premium salons worldwide. As a key member of the global Commercial team, the Outbound Commercial Analyst will play a vital role in supporting Phorest regional divisions in planning, executing and understanding the impact on their Outbound sales activity.
What you will do...
Work closely with the Commercial Director to implement the Phorest outbound marketing strategy
Obsess over our global outbound sales performance and proactively identify challenges and opportunities in achieving our commercial targets
Support all Phorest regional teams to execute on local outbound initiatives and deliver on regional commercial plans
Become a key stakeholder for each regional sales team in identifying opportunities to build highly relevant target lists of premium salons to ultimately develop and grow our sales pipeline
Liaise with 3rd party partners to build and manage outbound lists of premium salon prospects
Build and embellish outbound lists with highly personalised and relevant contact details for premium salon prospects
Be the global expert on outbound marketing activities and list building, and share learnings and updates across all regional teams
Prepare and circulate regular reports on global outbound commercial performance, updates on regional activity and be the go-to global person for all things related to outbound
Periodically present updates on outbound performance to senior leadership
What you will need
Qualification in a relevant field of business, marketing or business intelligence.
B2B sales background, ideally in a SaaS environment, would be a plus - with an understanding of sales pipeline development, lead prospecting and outbound sales processes
Proven ability to perform data-driven analyses including problem statement, data discovery, and result communication.
Marketing automation experience (Hubspot, Salesforce) is desirable
Have an ‘always learning’ mindset, really trying to deeply understand and learn the business while helping the business to make data-based decisions
Excellent presentation and communication skills. You are comfortable explaining technical topics to non-technical users.

Knowledge of Salesforce and Outreach a major positive
Salon or salon software background is a plus but not essential
