The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Technical Support Agent to join our US Support Team! This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys investigating, problem solving, and interacting with people. Use your knowledge of computers and hardware to diagnose and troubleshoot basic queries as well as your customer service skills to answer questions on everyday software functions. This role is entry level into the SaaS industry and will involve both hardware and software queries.
What you will do

Become an expert in our salon management software and get to know the
daily functions inside and out -
Take ownership of the investigation, diagnosis, and resolution of our client's
technical and customer service-related questions. -
Deliver top-notch personal and friendly customer support to our clients in a
timely manner - Provide product feedback and escalation of critical service issues
Who you are
- Working knowledge of Mac / Windows computers

Experience with basic hardware functions such as drivers, Java updates,
printer settings, and diagnosing computer performance issues (formal or
informal experience is acceptable- no degree necessary) - Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Be thorough, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Work independently, as well as collaboratively
Nice to have
- Familiarity with the Salon/Spa industry
- Prior use of POS software
- Experience with Zendesk and Slack
